Questions shops ask before the first order
We are a single shop. Is that too small for you?
No. Most orders come from individual shops and attractions. The minimums — 100 pieces per design for printed products — are set for one location.
Do you have a catalogue of ready designs for our city?
We do not sell stock designs. Every line is drawn for the client, so your products are not the same as in the shop next door. The destination pages show motifs and product ideas as a starting point.
What does it cost?
Price depends on product, technique and quantity. You get a written price per piece within two working days. Typical ranges and what drives them are on the pricing page.
How fast can you deliver before the season?
Printed products 3–6 weeks plus 2–5 days delivery. Order 2–3 months before your peak; rush options exist for printed items.
Are the products safe to sell in the EU?
Yes. Plush is EN71 tested, mugs and glasses are LFGB food-contact compliant, materials meet REACH, and GPSR labelling with an EU responsible person is included.
Can you make plush mascots and costumes too?
Plush souvenirs are one of our lines. Full mascot costumes and brand characters are made by our sister studio mascotiq.eu.
